Blues Home Services · Arizona & Texas

Privacy Policy

Blues Home Services & Improvement LLC (“Blues Home Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) serves customers in Arizona and Texas, USA. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, quote requests, customer communications, and service relationships.

Last updated:

1. Information we collect

When you request a quote, our website asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, property address, city, requested service, and any notes you choose to provide. Please do not put payment-card numbers, passwords, identification documents, medical details, or other sensitive information in an inquiry.

During a service relationship, we may also receive appointment details, estimates, accepted quotes, invoices, payment-status information, property conditions, service instructions, and correspondence. If you send photos, we receive the images and the information you include with them. We use property and job documentation to assess scope, document conditions, respond to service concerns, and administer the applicable quote or warranty.

When you visit the site, hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, request times, pages requested, and error or security logs. Where analytics is enabled, usage information may include pages viewed, referral information, and actions such as submitting a quote request.

For text messaging, we may maintain the mobile number, messages exchanged, delivery information, opt-in source and time where collected, the consent disclosure presented, and opt-out or help requests. These records are used to manage your choices and demonstrate permission where required.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; assess and prepare quotes; arrange, perform, and follow up on services; send requested estimates and appointment updates; maintain business records; address payments, cancellations, disputes, and warranty requests; prevent misuse; improve the site; and meet legal obligations.

Where we have the required permission, we may send promotional offers or service reminders. We distinguish a request for service from permission to receive marketing texts. Simply supplying a phone number, requesting a quote, purchasing a service, or accepting these website policies does not by itself enroll you in promotional texts.

We do not use a quote request as permission to publish your name, address, testimonial, or identifiable property photographs in advertising. Permission for identifiable promotional use must be obtained separately where required.

3. Automated texts and your choices

We use GoHighLevel for customer communications, including service-related text messages and promotional text campaigns where the required consent has been obtained. Service texts may concern an inquiry, quote, appointment, schedule change, service follow-up, or customer support. Promotional texts may describe offers or opportunities to book service.

Permission must be obtained through an affirmative opt-in appropriate to the type of messages. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. A service-message opt-in does not automatically authorize promotional messages. If you decline or withdraw SMS consent, you can still contact us by phone or email.

Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments, and the program you join. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of the texting program, or contact us directly. A final non-promotional confirmation may be sent, and messages already in progress may not be stopped immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or use the contact details below.

We may keep a limited suppression record after an opt-out to avoid messaging you again and to meet recordkeeping obligations. Tell us if a number is reassigned or you no longer control it. See our text messaging terms for additional details.

Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose the minimum information needed to providers that deliver or support our messages, such as GoHighLevel, its messaging service providers, and carriers, solely to operate the messaging program on our behalf. Other sharing provisions in this policy do not authorize sharing SMS opt-in data or consent for another party's marketing.

4. Service providers and limited disclosures

We do not sell customer contact information or provide it to third parties to market their own products. We disclose information as needed to authorized staff and providers that support the services you request, subject to applicable law and the SMS-specific restrictions above.

GoHighLevel / HighLevel: Customer relationship management and business communications, including text messaging and follow-ups. The information involved may include contact details, conversation history, appointment information, and communication preferences or consent records. Our website quote submission is not represented as an automatic HighLevel enrollment. HighLevel privacy information.

Replit and website infrastructure: Hosting, application operation, and storage of submitted quote requests and operational logs. Infrastructure providers process information needed to run and secure the website.

Google / Gmail: The quote system sends inquiry notifications to our team by email through Gmail when configured. Google Fonts supplies website fonts and may receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details. If Google Analytics is enabled, Google processes website usage and interaction information. We do not intentionally put your form-entered name, email, phone number, street address, or notes into analytics events. Google privacy information.

External links and business badges: Loading a third-party badge or following a link, including a Better Business Bureau link, may disclose normal browser connection information to that provider. An external provider's own notice applies to its site.

If you use a separate payment or booking service linked in a quote, that service's applicable privacy notice also governs the information you submit there. Our website quote form does not request full payment-card details. We may disclose records when legally required, to protect people or our rights, or in a lawful business transfer, subject to the SMS consent restrictions and any required notices.

5. Cookies, analytics, and browser choices

Website infrastructure may use essential technologies for operation and security. Google Analytics, where enabled, may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure site traffic and interactions. Changing browser cookie settings can limit these technologies and may affect website features.

You can block or remove cookies in your browser and use Google's available analytics opt-out controls. Browser controls do not replace contacting us to change a text or email preference. We do not treat continued browsing as consent to promotional texts. If applicable law requires consent for a particular tracking use, that consent must be obtained before that use.

You can ask us about applicable privacy rights or choices, including any applicable right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, using the contact information below. This policy does not claim that every browser privacy signal is automatically processed by the website.

6. Retention, storage, and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including performing services, responding to disputes or warranty requests, accounting and legal records, and documenting communication permissions. Retention depends on the record and applicable requirements; we do not promise immediate deletion of records we must lawfully retain.

We use reasonable measures appropriate to our operations to protect information, but no transmission, email system, website, or storage service is completely secure. Please contact us if you believe your information has been misused. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable law.

7. Access, correction, deletion, and communication preferences

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction, ask for a copy or deletion, or change your communication preferences. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law, including laws that may apply in your state of residence. We may need to verify your identity and authority without collecting more information than necessary.

Send your request to our privacy contact below and describe the request and the contact information previously used with us. Do not email sensitive identification documents unless we specifically arrange a secure method. We respond as required by applicable law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

To stop promotional email, use an unsubscribe instruction provided in the message or contact us. To stop texts, reply STOP to the sending number or contact us. A deletion request may not remove necessary suppression, transaction, legal, or consent records.

8. Children, policy changes, and contact

Our services and text programs are intended for adults who can authorize work at a property, not children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information should contact us so we can address it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our operations or applicable requirements. The date on this page identifies the latest revision. Where additional notice or renewed consent is required, posting an updated policy alone does not replace it or retroactively expand SMS consent.
