Blues Home Services · Arizona & Texas

Terms of Service

These terms describe website use, service arrangements, and text messaging offered by Blues Home Services & Improvement LLC (“Blues Home Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in Arizona and Texas. Please read them with your written estimate, accepted quote, and any service-specific warranty.

1. Quotes, acceptance, and scope of work

A website inquiry or quote request is not a confirmed booking, guaranteed price, or authorization for us to begin work. Work and scheduling are confirmed through the accepted quote or other documented agreement. The customer must be at least 18 and own the property or have authority to authorize the work.

Your quote identifies the service, property, included areas, exclusions, price, deposit, and any special conditions. Written, service-specific terms control over general descriptions on the website to the extent lawful. Changes to scope, materials, access, or property conditions may require a revised quote and customer approval before additional work is performed.

Blog articles, example prices, photographs, timelines, and service descriptions provide general information, not a promise of identical results, a binding site-specific price, or a substitute for assessing your property.

2. Deposits and payment

Cleaning services require a 30% deposit. Material-intensive services require a 50% deposit. The applicable category and deposit amount should be identified on your quote. The 50% deposit applies when the quoted service is material-intensive rather than charging both deposit percentages on the same work.

A deposit is credited toward the agreed service price, not added on top of that price. Payment methods, any milestone payments, the remaining balance, and due dates are specified on your quote or invoice. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal merely because you request a quote or receive a service.

These general terms do not create an unspecified late fee, finance charge, collection fee, or blanket non-refundable deposit rule. Any additional lawful payment condition or custom-material commitment must be clearly disclosed in the agreement before acceptance. Contact us promptly if you believe an invoice is incorrect.

3. Cancellations within 48 hours

A customer cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled service appointment is subject to a charge of 30% of the quoted service price. Notify us by phone or email so we can document the request; do not rely on an unacknowledged social-media message or website comment to cancel.

A deposit already paid is credited toward the applicable cancellation charge; the deposit and the 30% cancellation charge are not automatically added together as separate penalties. The disposition of any amount beyond the applicable charge depends on the accepted quote, any separately agreed lawful material commitments, and applicable law.

For cancellations outside the 48-hour window, rescheduling requests, or unusual circumstances, contact us to review the accepted quote and the work or materials already authorized. These terms do not invent another cancellation percentage or a separate rescheduling fee. Provider-initiated delays and weather issues are addressed under the quote and the weather section below.

4. Access, preparation, and property conditions

Provide safe and timely access to the agreed work areas, accurate property and contact details, and any access instructions or approvals. Before the appointment, tell us about known leaks, loose or failing coatings, broken seals, damaged grout or mortar, electrical hazards, sensitive landscaping, drainage problems, pets, irrigation issues, and any surface that may require special handling.

Move or secure fragile and personal items as instructed, keep children and pets away from the work area, and follow the preparation requirements in your quote. Water, power, gate access, vehicle relocation, and other job-specific needs are confirmed as applicable to your work.

We may pause or decline work where access or conditions are unsafe, the surface appears unsuitable for the proposed treatment, required authorization is missing, or additional assessment is needed. Any change in scope or price requires an appropriate documented agreement rather than an undisclosed fee.

5. Service results and existing conditions

Cleaning can improve appearance but cannot guarantee removal of every stain or reversal of oxidation, etching, fading, rust, mineral damage, organic discoloration, coating failure, or other permanent or pre-existing condition. Surface age, prior maintenance, material, moisture, and access can affect results.

Cleaning does not automatically include repairs, replacement, painting, structural work, pest treatment, water-chemistry management, or restoration beyond the written scope. Sealing, installation, lighting, and other material-intensive services are subject to the materials and specifications in the quote.

Please raise a concern promptly and provide the job details and photographs if available so we can assess it. A review of existing conditions is not a waiver of responsibility for damage caused by our failure to meet applicable duties.

6. Weather, scheduling, and delays

Weather-related service conditions, rain coverage, weather warranties, cure times, and any rescheduling arrangements are as specified on your quote. Do not assume that rain after service creates a free repeat service or that every service includes a weather warranty.

Unsafe weather, unsuitable temperatures, wet surfaces, access problems, or other conditions may require a schedule change or pause. We will communicate available arrangements. Work requiring drying or curing should follow the care instructions supplied for that job. A customer cancellation charge is not automatically triggered simply because we postpone unsafe work.

7. Quote-specific warranties and one corrective visit

Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and weather-related coverage are as stated on your quote. A warranty is not created or extended by a general website statement, blog article, or example photograph.

Unless the quote expressly specifies otherwise, warranty service is limited to one corrective visit and generally consists of a touch-up of the covered area—not a full redo of the original job. A full repeat service is included only if expressly specified in the applicable quote or otherwise required by law.

Contact us with the original job details, the issue, and supporting photographs where possible so we can determine whether the concern is covered and arrange the corrective visit. Do not authorize unrelated third-party work and assume we have agreed to reimburse it.

Nothing in these terms eliminates any non-waivable statutory warranty, consumer right, or remedy. Where law requires a different result, that law controls.

8. Automated text messaging terms

Program: Blues Home Services customer and promotional text messaging, operated by Blues Home Services & Improvement LLC using GoHighLevel and its messaging providers. With the required permission, we may send automated or manually initiated texts about quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling, service updates, customer support, follow-ups, and promotional offers.

Consent: You must control the mobile number provided and affirmatively opt in to the relevant message type through an appropriate consent method. Providing a number on a quote request is not, by itself, consent to promotional texts. Permission to receive service updates is not automatic permission for marketing. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Acceptance of these terms alone is not an SMS opt-in.

Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and the program you join. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan. Contact your wireless provider for questions about charges.

Opt out: Reply STOP to the number sending our messages to end texts from that program. You may receive a final non-promotional opt-out confirmation. Messages already being processed may not be stopped immediately. You can also contact us directly to withdraw permission. If you opt out, use phone or email for further appointment communications. Email altair@blues-home.com. For Arizona service, call (480) 901-4768; for Texas service, call (214) 307-2127.

Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email altair@blues-home.com. For urgent service issues, call the relevant Arizona or Texas number rather than relying on a text response.

Number changes and availability: Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned. Text delivery depends on carriers, device settings, and network availability and may be delayed or fail. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by law. Text messages are not an emergency channel.

Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose the minimum information needed to providers that deliver or support our messages, such as GoHighLevel, its messaging service providers, and carriers, solely to operate the messaging program on our behalf. Other sharing provisions in this policy do not authorize sharing SMS opt-in data or consent for another party's marketing. Additional information is in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms do not retroactively expand a person's existing text-message consent. Additional consent will be required when required by law. Opting out of messages does not cancel an appointment or erase an outstanding payment obligation; contact us separately to change the service arrangement.

9. Website use, content, and outside services

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information you are authorized to submit. Do not impersonate another person, send unsolicited bulk inquiries, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the site or its forms.

Our branding, original text, website design, and photographs belong to us or their respective owners. You may view and share links for personal reference; other reuse requires permission where applicable. You retain rights in materials you submit and permit us to use them only as needed to respond, provide service, document the job, and administer the relationship.

We try to maintain accurate and available website information, but errors and interruptions can occur. Third-party websites and services have their own terms. Website guidance does not replace product instructions, professional assessment, or the accepted scope of work.

10. Responsibility, disputes, and applicable law

Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under the accepted quote and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for remote or indirect losses arising solely from website use or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not excuse negligence, intentional misconduct, or obligations and rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

If a service or billing dispute arises, contact us with the job information and your concern so we can try to resolve it. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, a fixed liability cap, or a waiver of lawful consumer remedies.

Unless a valid written agreement specifies otherwise, the applicable law of the state where the service is performed—Arizona or Texas—governs the service arrangement, together with applicable federal law. Mandatory consumer protections and legally required jurisdiction rules remain in effect. Any unenforceable provision is limited or severed only to the extent necessary without eliminating other valid provisions.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these website terms for future use and future service arrangements. The revision date appears on this page. An update does not retroactively change an accepted quote, impose a new fee on a past agreement, or create text consent. Material changes requiring additional notice or acceptance will be handled as required by law.
