The track is typically aluminum and available in a range of paint or powder-coat finishes. When the track color matches your fascia exactly — or when the track is painted to match on-site — the hardware disappears against the roofline during daylight hours. From street level, the installation is nearly undetectable.
When tracks are left in a standard stock color (often black or white) that doesn't match the fascia, the hardware is visible as a distinct band along your roofline during the day.
