We serve homeowners and commercial property owners throughout the Phoenix metro — from Paradise Valley estates to Gilbert planned communities — with professional-grade exterior cleaning services.
Founded on the principle that Arizona's extreme climate demands specialized expertise, Blues Home Services has built a reputation for technical excellence, professional discretion, and results that homeowners can actually see. We invest in professional-grade equipment — including de-ionized water purification systems, hot-water pressure washing equipment, and commercial-grade soft washing rigs — because consumer-grade tools produce consumer-grade results.

I started Blues Home Services because I saw a real gap in the Phoenix metro market: a lot of exterior cleaning companies with consumer-grade equipment and inconsistent results, and very few willing to invest in professional-grade systems and the expertise to use them correctly.
My focus from day one has been precision — matching the right method and equipment to every surface, every time. Arizona's homes are distinctive: travertine pavers, clay tile roofs, painted stucco, premium outdoor living spaces. They deserve services built around Arizona's specific materials and climate, not generic approaches imported from other markets.
