Windows and Screens
New construction windows often carry stucco overspray, paint specks, and construction dust embedded in screens that standard glass cleaner won't fully remove. A dedicated first cleaning with purified water and appropriate detail work clears this residue before it hardens further.
Driveways and Walkways
Concrete dust, paint drips, and adhesive residue from construction are common on new driveways. Pressure washing at the appropriate PSI for fresh concrete removes this without damaging the still-curing surface — timing and pressure matter more here than on older, fully cured concrete.
Stucco and Exterior Surfaces
Overspray from stucco application and nearby construction on neighboring lots is common in new developments. A gentle first exterior wash addresses this before it becomes permanently embedded in the stucco texture over subsequent months.
